Location – Location – Location- Crestview is located at 957 Beck's Knob Road on the corner of West Fair Avenue and Beck's Knob Road in Lancaster, Ohio (Fairfield County.) Our healthcare campus is conveniently situated and easily accessible between two state routes from ST. RT. 33 (traveling East/West) and ST. RT. 188 (traveling North/South.)
Crestview is licensed to care for up to 195 people situated on many peaceful acres of rural farmland. Many of our 250 staff have been caring for Residents for over 35 years! Proclamations from the State Senate, U.S. Congress and Fairfield County have congratulated us for the quality of care we provide.
Since 1958, Crestview prides itself on cooking meals “made from scratch” and our newest “Bistro Menu” has made to order meals for the Residents enjoyment. Our main healthcare campus consists of an in-house aquatic pool, a state-of-the-art therapy gym and in-house chapel connecting the Sheridan & Eckert Wings.

Crestview has two enclosed courtyards – Sheridan Wing with a gazebo and Eckert Wing with a water fountain – providing a safe, secure, and peaceful setting for Residents, family and friends. Many blue birds and cardinals come back each year to nest in the many species of trees surrounded by the beautifully manicured lawns, blossoming roses, aromatic perennials, seasonable grasses and various colorful flowers adding to the natural serenity and pleasing outdoor courtyards. Crestview has abundant parking areas in front for Residents and their families for visits. In the rear, a large staff parking lot has multi-purpose usage, such as our popular Fall Festival Hayride. A covered shelter with colorful picnic tables with umbrellas adds even more space for our annual family functions to take place.
