Quality Assurance: Les Woodgeard, RN., Les oversees daily nursing management for our 202 bed operation within both Sheridan's & Eckert's Wing. He heads up the sub-acute studies within our facility. He chairs the monthly QA meeting held on every second Wednesday. |
| Director of Nursing: Brenda Kissick, R.N.
Brenda is the leader of all staff for Sheridan's & Eckert's Wing to provide exceptional care for our Residents. |

Director of Sub-Acute Care & Medical Records: Bryan DeLong, LPN. Bryan's daily tasks consists of working with all admissions for our therapy program; the MDS and Assessment Process with current and discharged residents; plus overseeing all resident medical records. |
| Social Service Director: Renee North, LSW. Renee oversees the social aspect for the Residents and their families. Renee meets all new residents and their families. Also Renee is assisting with discharge planning once rehabilitation goals are met and/or when appropriate. |

| Billing Coordinator: Barb Hamilton .
Barb is responsible for monthly billing charges & statements. She has extensive background in Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement. |

Director of Business Development: Wilma
Lea Shaffer. Wilma is the liaison with the community-at-large, facilitating networking opportunities increasing the Residents quality of care through a newly formed speaker's bureau, Crestview's family council and non-profit fundraising efforts & events. She is part of the admissions, development and research teams. |
