Crestview has a very hardworking dedicated staff. Many have been at Crestview from 5 to 35 years.

Quality Assurance: Les Woodgeard, R.N., Assures all departments are following policies & procedures, state/federal rules and guidelines. Performs studies to ensure optimal care is delivered. Oversees daily nursing management for our 202 bed operation within both Sheridan & Eckert Wings. He is the chair to the monthly Quality Assurance meetings held on every second Wednesday.

Director of Sub-Acute-Care and Medical Records: Bryan DeLong, L.P.N.,
Assures all departments are following policies and procedures and that medical records are in compliance. Bryan’s daily tasks consists of working with all admissions for our therapy program; the MDS and Assessment Process with current and discharged Residents; plus all Resident medical records.

Director of Nursing & Assistant Director of Nursing: Sarah Woodgeard, R.N. and Kelly Shouldis, R.N., Ensures Resident and family problems and concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Daily rounds to ensure quality of care. Sarah & Kelly ensure proper staffing is available. Ensures that Residents receive nursing care, treatments, and medications as ordered by physicians.

Director of Human Resources and In-Service Training: Kim Biesk, L.P.N., is responsible for hiring of all personnel for all departments and shifts. Provides orientation of all newly hired staff and in-services for all staff on educational matters required and necessary for all personnel.

Admissions Coordinator: Susan McCormack coordinates all Residents that are moving in from various hospitals, discharging staff and the community at large, supporting nursing and social services staff. Susan works with families of all Residents moving in, making a smooth transition from hospital and/or home. Susan is the person to call to arrange an appointment for tours and any information needed regarding availablity in Sheridan and Eckert Wings.

Billing Coordinator: Barbara Hamilton is responsible for monthly billing charges and statements. Barbara has extensive experience in Medicare, Medicaid & third party payor reimbursement. Barbara explains all billing aspects to the Residents and/or families upon coming to Crestview.

Social Service Director: Renee North, Licensed Social Worker (L.S.W.), organizes and participates in Resident discharge planning; contacting appropriate agencies to move back home upon completion of a Resident’s individual therapy program. Visits with the Residents and performs service needs, communication with family and friends, utilizing community resources. Renee acts as a liaison between the Resident, family and staff of Crestview for any concerns which may arise.

Activity Director: Linda Donavan is responsible for the direction of quality activities for the Residents and Crestview liaison for many volunteers within our health care campus.

Director of Business Development: Wilma Lea Shaffer is liaison with the health care community-at-large, facilitating networking opportunities, increasing the Residents quality of care through fundraising efforts and events, part of the admissions, development and research teams.
